- Our refund/exchange policy only lasts for 7 days from the time you receive your delivery. After 7 days we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged because of change of mind
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning an item as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive the item we cannot give any refunds or exchanges.
- If a return or exchange is approved, item must be in the same condition as it arrived.
- If applicable, to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included in your return package.
Please take your time when ordering as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Our refund policy lasts for 7 days since your purchase. If it has been after 7 days since your last purchase we can no longer offer you a refund/exchange.
Please read the size guides for each product before placing your oder, we are unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. We are not responsible for any wear or tear, damage, handled or mistreatment on the item therefore refunds are not eligible.
The customer is only entitled to a replacement if there is a major fault. You must then return the item must be unused, unsoiled in the same condition you have received it. You must use trackable shipping. It must also be in the original packaging. You must exchange your item with the same item you bought. The item must be returned to Heartily at the customers expense within 7 days of delivery. After assessing your item and the Heartily team considers your item faulty, then the item will be replaced and sent when the item is in stock.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and not be used, soiled and have its original tags. You must return the item within 7 days when you received the item. You must use trackable shipping to return the item to us. If approved then your refund will be processed.
Heartily reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our returns policy.
