No, you can only use one code per order.

Yes, all of our parcels have tracking numbers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email your tracking number.

We deliver all our parcels with Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping. $9.95 Standard delivery $14.95 Express
Orders are processed within business hours Monday to Friday. Please expect parcels to arrive between 3-7 days. It will take 1 -2 days to process and fulfil your order. Once fulfilled your order is sent right away to the post. Tracking will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. Shipping time may vary according to our senders time frames and zones. Please note if you are experiencing delays some reasons could be due to public holidays, rural areas, Covid19 restrictions, holiday season or environmental factors ex bushfires. During these times please be patient as the Post will do their best to deliver to you.
If your order has been posted and it goes missing or delivered elsewhere please contact the sending company Australia Post.

Only if it's within 24 hours of placing your order and it has not gone through the post. We cannot amend orders once the shipping confirmation has been sent. Please contact us asap if you need to cancel.
Please email heartily.au@gmail.com If a return or exchange is approved, item must be in the same condition as it arrived. You must contact us within 7 days to exchange, after that period we can no longer do returns/exchanges. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items can only be exchanged if the item is faulty or you are needing a different size. Use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning an item as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive the item we cannot give any refunds or exchanges. Postage costs in returning items is at the customers expense.

Yes, however do not iron over the printing. You must iron from inside out.
No, we do not recommend drying in a tumble dryer. Hang your garments to air dry, just make sure to do it away from direct contact with sunlight.
No, we only sell and send Australia wide.
